Top Class Actions reports that, in a major TCPA class action lawsuit, Keller Williams Realty, Inc. has recently agreed to a $40 million settlement. (Deshay, et al. v. Keller Williams Realty Inc., Case No. 312022CA000457, in the Circuit Court for the 19th Judicial Circuit for Indian-River County, Florida)

Those eligible for the settlement include consumers who were the recipient of two or more calls or text massages from Keller Williams at a number that appeared on the National Do Not Call Registry, where the calls included a prerecorded voice and/or where the phone calls were made using an automatic dialing system since May 2, 2014.
